You will be invoiced in advanced at the beginning of every month and fees must be paid during the first week of the month. We accept cheques, direct debits, payments from the major voucher schemes and childcare tax free credit. Please check www.childcarechoices.gov.uk for eligibility.

 

You will be charged for 49 weeks per annum irrespective of holidays or sickness. We do not charge for Bank Holidays and a week at Christmas.

 

A limited number of term-time only (38 weeks per year) places are available. Please enquire when you book your visit.

Our funded hours are offered between 10.00am – 1.00pm and 1.00pm - 4.00pm. All other hours are charged at our hourly rate.

 

Funded hours are offered over 38 weeks (Term Time) or can be ‘stretched’ across 49 weeks (Full Time).

 

The maximum number of funded hours available is 570 hrs per annum.

 

Our daily rate includes all meals, snacks and resources available during accessed sessions.

 

A full day includes lunch and tea.

​

A half day includes lunch for morning session, or tea for afternoon session.

 

Nappies and suncreams should be provided by the parent/carer.

 

Additional Hours Rates (Unfunded)

 

Babies 9 months – 2 year £7.00 per hour

 

Toddlers 2 years – 3 years £7.25 per hour

 

Preschool 3 years – 4 years £8.00 per hour
